About: Jay Mallinckrodt reached out to me to create a brand for his latest idea, a cast iron cookware company that is 100% made in Texas.

Leveraging our Texas-German heritage from the heart of the Hill Country we produce cast iron cookware that is 100% made in Texas. From our location in Fredericksburg, with extensive experience in manufacturing high quality, durable products, we offer a diverse offering of cast iron cookware which have smooth hand seasoned non-stick cooking surfaces created using a handcrafted method of finishing and polishing.
