Chia Divina

About: Ancient Americans worshipped the chia plant—and its amazing little seed. Growing up in Central America, I drank chia every day after school. We called it chan, meaning “energy.”

In my search to help my family deal with food allergies, I came across a bag of tiny little seeds. To my delight, Chia had found me again. Together Chia and I began inventing food and drinks to nourish souls. Celebrate today, the day that Chia found you. The drink in your hands is one of our favorites: a gift to you from our ancestors!
